STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
- General Provisions
The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drafted after these terms and conditions of sale. Any derogation must be expressly agreed upon in writing in advance to be valid. - Payment Terms
Our invoices are payable within twenty-one (21) working days unless another payment timeframe is indicated on the invoice or order. In case of non-payment by the due date, Shaurya Technosoft Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to impose a fixed interest penalty of 10% on the outstanding amount. Furthermore, the company is authorized to suspend any service provision without prior notice in case of late payment. - Debt Recovery
If payment remains outstanding more than sixty (60) days beyond the due date, Shaurya Technosoft Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to engage a debt recovery agency. Any legal expenses incurred will be borne by the client. - Withholding Tax
Certain countries impose withholding tax on invoice amounts as per their internal regulations. Any such withholding tax shall be paid by the client directly to the tax authorities. Shaurya Technosoft Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for any costs related to a client’s country's tax legislation. The full invoice amount remains payable to Shaurya Technosoft Pvt. Ltd. without deductions. - Service Commitment
Shaurya Technosoft Pvt. Ltd. commits to providing services diligently and in accordance with agreed timelines. However, no obligation under these terms shall be considered an obligation to achieve specific results. Shaurya Technosoft Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any damages claimed against the client by an end consumer. - Claims and Disputes
To be considered valid, any claim must be formally communicated to Shaurya Technosoft Pvt. Ltd. via a recorded delivery letter sent to its registered office within eight (8) days of the delivery of goods or service provision. - Governing Law
All contractual relationships with Shaurya Technosoft Pvt. Ltd. shall be exclusively governed by the laws of India.
